Shipping Method

We ship via DHL, FedEx, USPS. We may also use ocean freight, depending on your location, the weight of your order or your choice.

Gaovot is not responsible for：

• U.S. Postal Service or DHL shipping delays
• International duties or customs fees

Processing Time

• Orders ship Monday through Friday, most ship within 2-7 business day of purchase.
• Gaovot is closed on weekends and all major holidays.
• Please allow an additional 7-15 business days of processing time for bespoke product.

Delivery Time

• For DHL Express shipping or other international express shipping, depending on your location, the transit time is 3 – 7 business days. In most cases, the transit time for express shipping methods is stable, even during peak selling seasons.
• For standard shipping, it usually takes 7 – 15 business days to arrive. For some countries/regions, it takes 15 – 30 business days. During peak seasons, it takes longer depending on the customs status. Tracking numbers are usually tracked on the respective courier website 1 to 2 days after we ship. Occasionally, there may be a slight delay before a package can be tracked while it is being recorded by the respective shipping company. This is beyond our control, so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.
